We offer after hours key cutting service with the vast majority done whilst you wait. Coded keys can be ordered online by submitting your key number with our online contact form.

In emergencies you can make use of our 24/7 key cutting service but keep in mind there is a surcharge for after hours work.

Key cutting after hours
If you need keys cut or copied after hours please call us to make an appointment! Our workshop is conveniently located in the center of The Hague. It is easy to reach and you can park right outside, or at the end of the street at Q-park. We do not provide address details except when you make an appointment.

No-one has the range of blanks that we offer and all of our key cutting machines are the best you can get giving us an accuracy that no-one can match when cutting keys. All of our keys are fully guaranteed and come with specialist technical help line numbers for you to call should you have any issues with your new keys. We also offer a huge range of specialist restricted security keys which take a little longer to cut due to security measures that need to be followed.
Broken Key? Have it repaired!
Keys can and do occasionally break. If your key has broken in the cylinder, please call us to have a technician remove the remaining pieces. If you manage to extract the broken piece, bring it along to our workshop and we can either repair it or cut a copy.
Bring us your lock, key or cylinder!
You are welcome to visit our workshop at any time of the day or night but please make an appointment as we are very busy and constantly working on location, replacing locks, carrying out repairs etc.

Badly cut keys cause wear and can quickly damage cylinders. Good equipment and technical insight can prevent such problems when cutting or copying keys. Make sure that you always order your keys from a reliable service and don’t make copies of copies! Always keep an original copy of a key to use for duplication!
Our technical key cutting center is on hand to offer expert advice to all customers on any issues they may have. We also cut a huge range of specialist keys. Almost every key will be done whilst you wait in store. However some specialist keys may take a while longer. Certificate (copy protected) keys can only be ordered and this may take anywhere from a few days to weeks). Our colleagues will advise you.
Preventing problems with keys and copies:
The most common problems with keys are:
- Wear
- Deformation (bent key)
- Tearing / breaking (usually visible)
- Breaking in the lock
- Too much copying (bad copies that don’t work)
- Worn down cylinder (bad for the key)
These problems can be prevented by regular servicing of all moving parts and making sure that duplicate keys are always cut from an original key.

Important! Ordering coded keys may take a couple of days or even weeks! We do not make copies of certificate keys without a certificate. If you have a certificate you can send us a copy by e-mail! That saves time and money!
